What skills and experience we're looking for

You will need to:

  • Directly contribute to raising standards for all children but especially the children in your care
  • Have experience of the teaching of synthetic phonics preferably Read Write Inc
  • Be committed to personalised learning
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Work collaboratively to raise aspirations for both individual children and the school as a whole
