What skills and experience we're looking for

The Trust and Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and talented Teaching Assistant to work under the established EYFS team, to help set up a new 2 year old provision. The successful candidate will implement agreed work programmes with individuals/groups in the classroom.

We are looking for a new member of our team who will:

  • Put children's safety and wellbeing first;

  • Have the vision and drive to make a significant impact in our school;

  • Have high expectations of learning and behaviour;

  • Support the teacher in providing learning opportunities to ensure all children reach their potential;

  • Be highly motivated with a commitment to securing the best outcomes for all children;

  • Be actively involved in all aspects of school life.

To work under the guidance of teaching/senior staff and within an agreed system of supervision, to implement agreed work programmes with individuals/groups, in or out of the classroom.
