We have an exciting opportunity to appoint a dedicated, resourceful and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our experienced staff team to work in the first instance as a 1:1 with a child.

You must demonstrate a good knowledge of the requirements of working with children and in a 1:1 role, whilst having good planning and observations skills together with experience of working with children across the primary age range. As a result of your experience you will have the ability to develop effective relationships with colleagues, children and parents and feel passionately about the rights of every child to achieve and thrive in education.

Every day you will be supporting a child with complex needs to access a bespoke curriculum, build relationships with those around them and translate the world around them in a meaningful way.
