Teaching Assistant Level 2 in KS1 job summary

The post is 9-hours, which includes 7hours level 2 teaching assistant and 2 hours lunch time supervision role. The role is initially based in a mixed aged key stage 1 class. The role is to support the children in school on a Thursday & Friday morning, including 1 hour lunchtime supervision (paid at SCP1).

Working hours 8.30am - 1.00pm Thursday and 8.30am-1.00pm Friday.

We are seeking a motivated, skilled practitioner to join our team. We are a rural 4 class primary school currently with 103 pupils on roll. Experience of Talk for Writing, Whiterose Maths and Little Wandle Phonics are advantageous, although all required training will be provided.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player, committed to the success of all students, able to inspire and motivate our delightful pupils.
