- Enthusiastic, approachable and friendly
- Able to ensure all children feel safe, happy and able to learn,
- Understanding of the pastoral needs of primary aged children
- Confident in using a range of behaviour management skills,
- Able to work effectively, flexibly and independently
- Supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school
- Experience of planning and leading teaching and learning activities
- Have an understanding of effective teaching methods
- Knowledge of how to
successfully lead learning
activities for a group or class
of children
