What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Enthusiastic, approachable and friendly
  • Able to ensure all children feel safe, happy and able to learn,
  • Understanding of the pastoral needs of primary aged children
  • Confident in using a range of behaviour management skills,
  • Able to work effectively, flexibly and independently
  • Supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school
  • Experience of planning and leading teaching and learning activities
  • Have an understanding of effective teaching methods
  • Knowledge of how to successfully lead learning activities for a group or class of children
