Social, Emotional and Behaviour Needs Teaching Assistant Level 2
The governors of this successful, forward thinking primary school are seeking to appoint a skilled practitioner to join their hard-working team as part of our highly successful and well-regarded Locality Provision for children who require assistance to overcome barriers to learning, in order to achieve their full potential, to access the curriculum and improve their general well-being.
If you believe that all children can achieve success then read on...because we are looking for a very exceptional individual to oversee our work with children from other educational settings who are vulnerable, and may be facing challenges that are preventing them achieving their full potential.
You will need to give us your –
- Energy and drive
- Experience of working within a multi-agency approach
- Commitment to working as part of a team
- Skills in identifying children’s barriers to learning and developing strategies to overcome these.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Knowledge of Child Protection and safeguarding procedures applicable to working in schools.
- Passion for making a difference to children’s lives.
