What skills and experience we're looking for
Due to the continuing growth of this highly successful school and college, we are looking for Level 2 Teaching Assistants who:

- Have the vision, skills and energy to provide the best opportunity for every student within our school and college
We are particularly interested in recruiting staff with experience of:
- Working with students with PMLD and complex health needs
- Working with students with SLD and autism
- Working with students with complex sensory and behavioural needs

Brentwood School and Community College specialise in the education of students with severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties, complex needs and autism. Brentwood benefits from state of the art facilities which include a 11-19 school and post 19 college.
We provide a comprehensive induction programme and ongoing CPD for all staff.
