Teaching Assistant Level 2 job summary
Due to school expansion in September 2024, we have an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join our team. This key role is to support the teaching of students. Working under the direction of the Class Teacher to enable access to learning for students and to aid the Class Teacher in the management of students and the classroom.

The ideal candidate
Good educational background with GCSE or equivalent in English Language
Level 2 or above Teaching Assistant qualification or willingness to work towards
Understanding of the education system
Understanding of how children learn
A sound grasp of the concept of inclusive practice
Knowledge of the concept of confidentiality
Awareness of child protection issues
