What skills and experience we're looking for
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience working with or caring for children with SEN
- Have good numeracy and literacy skills
- Be willing to participate in development and training opportunities
- Be able to relate well to children and adults
- Have lots of energy
- Have a positive attitude and be prepared to be challenged.
- Work constructively as part of a team, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities and your own position within these.

The Winns is a large, three form entry, community primary school located in Waltham Forest.
