Teaching Assistant Level 3 job summary
You will provide specialist classroom support, develop tailored intervention opportunities, and contribute to the evaluation of pupil progress. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, good literacy, numeracy and IT ability, and a secure understanding of strategies to support pupils with additional needs. You should be able to work independently, lead others when required, use your initiative, and build positive, empathetic relationships with young people.
