We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 3 from Monday 1st September 2025.
We’re looking for someone who:
Holds a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Teaching Assistant
Has a secure understanding of the EYFS statutory framework
Is caring, motivated, and enthusiastic about early childhood education
Brings creativity and a forward-thinking approach to learning
Is committed to inclusive practice, raising standards and supporting every child to thrive
Works well as part of a team as well as being able to work on their own initiative and contributes positively to a strong school culture
Embraces our Christian ethos and contributes to the wider life of the school and federation
Demonstrates professionalism, flexibility and a reflective attitude in their practice
Will be confident to cover a class when required
