- Is able to plan and teach full classes
- Is personable and friendly
- Has the ability to help each child reach their full potential
- Has proven experience of raising attainment and dedicated to school improvement and the success of Moston Lane Primary School
- Is highly motivated individual who will ensure the best possible outcomes for the people they work with.
- Has GCSE's in Literacy and Maths
- Can plan and assess work for groups of children and work on their own initiative
- Has excellent behaviour management skills
- Has excellent communication skills
- Can liaise effectively with staff
