Teaching Assistant Level 3 - SEN Intervention job summary
Cringle Brook Primary wishes to appoint a highly motivated, dynamic and talented and highly experienced teaching assistant to plan, deliver and assess intervention programmes tailor-made to support individual pupils with Education and Health Care Plans. This is a temporary contract to July 2022.
The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of SEND and be able to work independently to deliver programmes which meet individual needs. They will have experience of working in a school setting with pupils with Special Educational Needs. They will be a strong communicator who is a nurturing, patient and positive individual. They will be strong at building relationships with pupils, staff and parents. Strong literacy and numeracy skills are essential and successful completion of tests in these areas is part of the interview process.

A very strong commitment to raising aspiration and attainment in an urban setting is essential.
First stage assessment will be on 19th October 2021
Second stage assessment and interview will be on 21 October 2021
This position is subject to 2 professional references and DBS clearance.
