Teaching Assistant - Level 3 job summary

The Head Teacher and Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and suitably qualified and experienced person to work within our Foundation Stage setting under the direction of the EYFS Lead.
You must be able to work as part of a team, you will be able to build and maintain good relationships with children and adults and work collaboratively as part of a supportive and committed team of teachers and support staff.
Applications are invited from someone who:
• Will show a full support of the Catholic ethos and be prepared to develop a secure understanding of the nature of the Catholic school.
• Views their supporting role in Nursery and School as a vocation.
• Has experience of supporting children with a range of needs in Primary School and/or Nursery.
• Is able to take an active role in the development of our School alongside our team of professionals.
• Has the skills, energy and passion required to support excellent outcomes for our children.
• Is creative and nurturing with high expectations for all children’s learning, spiritual, social and emotional development and behaviour.
