- Is an excellent practitioner with high expectations of children’s achievements and standards in all areas of school life;
- Has the skills and knowledge to deliver lessons throughout the school from EYFS-KS2.
- Is energetic and enthusiastic;

- Would be understanding and supportive to the values of a church school;
- Has the ability to form excellent partnerships within our school family and wider community
