Salary: NJC Scale Grade 2 point 4 to 7 £14,022 to £14,880 per annum pro rota (FTE £18,933 to £20,092)
Hours: 32 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time only)

The role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Teaching Assistant to join an already existing committed team at Wilsthorpe School. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic hard-working and is passionate about supporting young people achieve their best. The successful candidate will work in partnership with teachers to support learning in line with the national curriculum, codes of practice, policies and procedures.
The person
Patience will be key to this role as you will be supporting students in a specific curriculum area or support students with varying degrees of learning, behavioural, communication, social, sensory or physical difficulties. You will play an integral part in ensuring students with any degree of SEND meet targets and progress in line with students not on the SEND register.
