What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our team, to work under the direction of the lead teaching staff to assist in the development and delivery of individual interventions for students both within and outside of group teaching, ensuring that all students are able to access their education effectively. In addition, alongside key staff you will understand the students' academic, SaLT and emotional literacy levels, highlight areas of needs and track and monitor effectiveness of interventions.
