This post is a crucial one to the school. You will be working as part of a large team, led by the SENDCo, who is also an Assistant Headteacher, and the Assistant SENDCo. You may be working with and supporting specified individuals, or groups of students. Time-management skills, patience and a good work ethic are essential, as are being a team-player and having excellent interpersonal skills.
