What skills and experience we're looking for
John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) believes in the power of education to improve lives – and the world. As a partner academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint a positive, proactive and focussed teaching assistant to join our evolving organisation.
The successful candidate will be qualified or seeking to study to at least level 3 NVQ equivalent in teaching support, will have good maths and English skills and an aptitude to support students to access the curriculum both within the classroom, supporting the teacher and in small groups as directed by senior staff or teachers. With experience in a similar environment, you will be able to plan to effective actions and work well within a team to achieve the best outcomes for our students.
