Teaching Assistant LKS2 job summary
In addition to our current LKS2 team, we are seeking to appoint a LKS2 Teaching Assistant to support core subjects in the mornings. This is a fixed term contract until 31 August 2023, though there may be a possibility that this will be extended/made permanent.
The suitable candidate should be prepared to work with both years 3 & 4, though the role will be predominantly in Y4.
Ofsted rated us as ‘Good’ in our most recent inspection (July 2021). We are continually striving to improve and develop our curriculum whilst offering a range of experiences to our pupils. We are looking for staff who will continue to strive to ‘Reach for the Stars’ for our pupils.

We are a 3-form entry school with 502 pupils on roll and 55 children in our nursery at the heart of the beautiful market town of Hadleigh. Our highly successful school has a community feel to it and has continued to build on many years’ success.
The original school was built in 1904 and over the years there have been many additions. We run Forest School sessions in our lovely outdoor space.
