In your roles, you will act as a Teaching Assistant by supporting children within the classroom, in small groups, or individually to facilitate learning and improve educational outcomes. This support carries into the midday break where, as a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will ensure the safety and well-being of our pupils by encouraging positive play, fostering social skills, and maintaining a happy, supervised environment across both the dining hall and the playground.

We are looking for someone with:
- Good experience working with children in a school setting.
- An understanding of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- The ability to engage children in active play and manage behavior positively.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative "team player" attitude.
We are dedicated to your growth, offering nationally accredited programs and bespoke in-school experiences. As part of the Severn Academies Educational Trust, you will collaborate with peers across our schools to share best practices and unlock new opportunities for our students.
Our school boasts an experienced team with a genuine commitment to wellbeing, guided by an influential Staff Council. We believe every voice is vital to our improvement journey. For those looking to progress, we offer extensive opportunities for further training and development across related disciplines.
Other benefits include:
- Generous Occupational Pension
- Free confidential Employee Health and Well-being service including access to counselling support
- Free confidential employee helpline 24/7
- Incremental pay progression and cost of living increases in line with government policy
- Flexible working arrangements to support colleagues with work-life balance.
