• You are positive and enthusiastic with an excellent 'can-do' attitude.
• You have experience of working with pupils of varying abilities and ages.
• Has a minimum qualification of NVQ Level Two Teaching Assistant.
• Has good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Is able to work well as part of a team.
• Has good communication skills with adults and children.
• Knowledge of Read Write Inc would be desirable
• You have a calm, consistent and caring approach to behaviour management.
• You are confident when interacting across a range of age groups
