You are ACE because:
- You are positive and enthusiastic with an excellent 'can-do' attitude.
- You have experience of working with pupils of varying abilities and ages.
- Has a minimum qualification of NVQ Level Two Teaching Assistant.
- Has good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Is able to work well as part of a team.
- Has good communication skills with adults and children.
- Knowledge of Read Write Inc would be desirable
- You have a calm, consistent and caring approach to behaviour management.
- You are confident when interacting across a range of age groups
