Salary: NJC point 3-4 - £22,737 - £23,114 (Actual Salary £16,666 - £19,942)
Hours: 32.5 a week 38 weeks per year (term time only)
Start Date: April 2024
End date: 31st August 2025 (Fixed term)
The role:
We are looking for a passionate, motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant to work in partnership with teachers and other educational support staff. You will provide learning support for children within our Academy, as directed by teaching staff within a structured teaching situation or individually as required in accordance with academy policies and procedures.
About you:
* You will have a good standard of education and will have experience of working with children in a school environment.
* Some knowledge of Communication and Interaction difficulties and a variety of strategies to support children would be an advantage.
* We would welcome applications from graduates looking for work experience prior to teacher training
