What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Recognised qualification in supporting teaching and learning or/and health and social care
  • Functional Skills level 2 in Maths and English, equivalent or higher
  • Ideally, a knowledge of learning needs
  • Effective communication, resilience and behaviour management skills
