Level 2 Teaching Assistant Vacancy
Pay Range: Level 2 point 5-6
Fixed term contract until 31st August 2023, with a possibility of a permanent contract after this, dependent on funding.
31 hours 40mins a week rising to 38 hours per week in September. Term time only plus 5 training days.
The Governors of Millfields First School are seeking to appoint a dynamic, innovative, highly motivated teaching assistant to join our team to work in school and in our Afterschool provision- Juniper Club from September.
The successful candidate will:
• Be a highly motivated person who demonstrates the ability to contribute to the raising of standards by ensuring high expectations are promoted for pupils
• Have the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing enthusiasm, energy and creativity
• Be committed to the needs of pupils and all stakeholders
• Is committed to working as part of a team
• Be highly organised, motivated and flexible with the ability to inspire and challenge children
• Be able to promote the vision and values of the school, demonstrating high professional standards.

Millfields First School is a Community School just outside Bromsgrove. We have almost 300 pupils on role and our own Governor Led Pre-school. We focus on educating the whole child. We have an outstanding Forest School area with its own team and all children get to spend time here each week.
