with pupils with SEN is desirable but not essential - what is imperative is

determination to make a difference to the lives of our fantastic children. You
will also need patience, understanding and commitment, but above all, you will
be sincere with a genuine desire to help young people - the successful
candidates will play a crucial role in supporting our pupils’ learning.
Inclusion Centre offers 17 places for children all with social, communication
and interaction difficulties. The children are taught across two classes and
are supported to take part in the mainstream life of the school and access a
broad curriculum as well as accessing a range of small group intervention to
develop their social and emotional skills.
