Teaching Assistant job summary

Thank you for your interest in working at Mount Grace School. We are looking to employ Teaching Assistants to join our vibrant, motivated team. This is a fixed term contract based on either 2, 3, 4 or 5 days a week (min 12 and max 30 hours per week). This is a Term time + 1 week basis contract starting 01st Septemebr 2022 till 31st August 2023, with a possibility of an extension or a permanent role to be offered. Days worked are negotiable. Pay: H4 (£20,043 - £21,269) + London Fringe Allowance (£914) gross per annum - paid pro rata. Purpose: To provide essential support to our SEN pupils with learning difficulties, behavioural, social and physical disabilities. You will build positive relationships with pupils to promote interaction and a constructive learning environment as well as assist the class teacher and with learning activities. You will also have the opportunity to assist in the planning and delivery of lessons in a very creative and positive setting. Our ideal candidate will have a maths A Level, and be willing to specialise in this area, however we will consider other specialists and applications from those who feel able to assist in all subject areas Closing Date: 9am on Monday 27th June 2022
