  • Teaching Assistant - 14 hours 45 mins per week - (£13.05 per hour)
  • Midday Supervisor – 1 hour 30 mins (30 mins each day) (£12.26 per hour) 
  • Fixed term until 31.8.26 initially, but may continue
  • Part time (Monday, Thursday and Friday)
  • Term time plus 1 week
  • To start in September or as soon as possible after

We are seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic teaching assistant to join our lovely school and the Bressingham team.

We are looking for someone who ideally:

  • Has a positive ‘can do’ attitude and is able to set clear, firm expectations for behaviour
  • Has good English, maths and phonics skills and is confident to work in EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
  • Is a nurturing, calm and forward-thinking individual
  • Is confidential
  • Would embrace our school ethos
  • Has knowledge and experience of primary school level learning and can support an exciting and challenging curriculum
  • Can communicate well and form positive relationships with children, parents and staff
  • Has a calm, patient approach to supporting the needs of children and can demonstrate a willingness to learn
  • Is flexible and adaptable to situations and willing to work as part of a team
  • Can confidently carry out midday supervisory assistant duties, including helping to set up, monitor and clear up after lunches, and supervise and facilitate successful playtimes for children
