  • A qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant
  • Has passion for supporting students with SEND, helping them achieve their full potential.
  • Demonstrates patience, empathy, and resilience in working with young people.
  • Is reflective and eager to learn, adapting practices to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Brings creativity and enthusiasm to engage students in meaningful and enjoyable learning experiences.
  • Values collaboration with colleagues, students, and families to create the best outcomes for learners.
  • Enjoys working as part of a team to support students with their individual learning and development needs.
  • Is committed to trauma-informed practice, understanding how experiences shape behaviour and learning.
  • Can build positive relationships with students, helping them feel confident and supported in their learning journey.
