Teaching Assistant job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, nurturing and positive teaching assistant to join our talented team of support staff. This post will involve working with groups and individuals within the classroom, and leading interventions, in either KS1 or KS2.
We are looking for an outstanding candidate who has:
A passion for nurturing excellence, ensuring all children become motivated and successful learners
A positive, resilient and caring approach to supporting children with a range of needs
The ability to work flexibly and as part of a team, building relationships with children, staff and parents
Excellent communication skills
