TEACHING ASSISTANT or HIGHER LEVEL TEACHING ASSISTANT job summary
Wisborough Green Primary School is looking for a caring, empathetic and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant or a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant. This permanent position is for 5 full days a week, term time only.
We wish to appoint a Teaching Assistant or HLTA who has the skills to support the provision of quality teaching and learning within the classroom. They will also be required to lead interventions as directed. We are looking for a talented, passionate and creative Teaching Assistant/HLTA to work with our children across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Previous classroom experience is essential. They need the confidence and ability to work with children in a wide range of subjects. Working under the direction of the class teacher, they will work as part of a team to support and extend pupil progress, inspire learning and maintain successful relationship with all children, staff, parents and careers. Initiative, common sense and flexibility are essential.
