- Flexibility and enthusiasm
- Effective communicator
- Able to demonstrate good subject knowledge of KS2 curriculum and has the ability to adapt their practice to meet the needs of individuals
- Can inspire and motivate children to achieve their full potential
- Will promote high standards and expectations in all areas
- Is an excellent team player with a positive outlook and a good sense of humour
- Must have relevant experience in this role
