Teaching Assistant Part Time job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Teaching Assistant to work part-time in our highly successful school within our Early Years team.
This post would suit a graduate interested in working with children or potentially going into teacher training.
This is a wonderful opportunity for an ambitious and hard working individual to support teaching and learning, working with a range of children with different backgrounds, abilities and needs. You would support in all subjects and would be guided by our brilliant teachers.
The hours are 11.45am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday (term time only), 18.75 hours in total. The actual salary is £9,065 (pay award pending).
The closing date for applications is 29th September, or earlier if a suitable candidate is appointed.
Candidates will need to:
- Have some experience or knowledge of working
with children
· - Be able to communicate well with pupils, colleagues and parents
- Have gained at least a
Grade C or above (or the equivalent of) in GCSE English and maths
