•Has a passion for promoting a caring ethos and positive behaviour management
•Is able to work effectively in collaboration and partnership with pupils, staff, parents/carers and external agencies to provide the best support for our children
•Has high aspirations for each and every child
•Experience of delivering small group social, emotional and behavioural support sessions
•A commitment to supporting well being
