The Pioneer Learning Trust is a small but growing Trust of collaborative schools in Luton. We have recently welcomed Ferrars Junior School to the Trust family which consists of – Chantry Primary Academy, Southfield Primary Academy, and Whitefield Primary Academy.

We looking for a committed and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our very effective Wellbeing Team.

The role involves providing mentoring and nurture support within our Wellbeing team for pupils with challenging behaviour. You will provide support in the classroom, working one to one in small groups to provide guidance with learning activities as directed by the class teacher

An NVQ Level 3 in childcare is required for this role.

Working hours: 32.5 hours per week 8.30am - 3.30pm with a 30-minute lunch

Term time plus 5 INSET days
