What skills and experience we're looking for

We require a passionate, dedicated and supportive Teaching Assistant. We are looking for someone who:

  • is caring, patient and enthusiastic, with good communication skills and has high expectations.
  • Has a therapeutic approach to supporting pupil’s behaviour and learning
  • is able to support individual pupils 1:1
  • is able to lead interventions with individuals and groups of pupils
  • is proactive, highly motivated and a good team player.
