What skills and experience we're looking for
We
require a passionate, dedicated and supportive Teaching Assistant. We are
looking for someone who:
- is caring, patient and enthusiastic, with good communication skills and has high expectations.
- Has a therapeutic approach to supporting pupil’s behaviour and learning
- is able to support individual pupils 1:1
- is able to lead interventions with individuals and groups of pupils
- is proactive, highly motivated and a good team player.
