We are seeking to recruit a versatile Teaching Assistant who will play a key role in supporting students and staff at our primary Academy. We are looking for someone who believes in inclusion for all students and is able to implement strategies to support children with SEND. Responsibilities will include working 1:1 to support children with additional needs and supporting the class teacher with groups of children or individuals in the classroom. The role will involve working with children to support any social, emotional or behavioural needs.

Experience is preferred, but full training will be provided in-house. Candidates must have a minimum of GCSE Grade C or equivalent in Mathematics and English.
