What skills and experience we're looking for

  • A passionate, teaching assistant to work with all our children, including giving additional support for children with specific SEND, EAL or other learning needs.
  • A committed individual who has high expectations of teaching and learning.
  • An excellent communicator with both adults and children who can collaborate in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • A positive role model who is looking to continually develop themselves professionally and contribute to the positive ethos of our school.
  • An individual who is able to use their initiative, support their team to make the most of educational opportunities and demonstrate effective behaviour management skills.
