Salary Grade 3.2 £24,790 per annum pro rata, £17,938 per annum actual
31 hours 40 minutes per week, term time (38 weeks per year)
Mon – Fri 8.30am - 3.20pm with a 30 minute unpaid break
We are looking to appoint an effective, caring, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated and supportive team at Priory Rise School. We are passionate about ensuring that all children have the best learning opportunities and you will work under the direct instruction of teaching staff usually in the classroom. Ideally, you will have previous experience of working with children with a SEND need and/or an understanding of the support they will need to succeed in a mainstream primary school. You must enjoy working with children and be able to relate well to both students and adults and want to make a difference to the lives of our young people.
The ideal candidate will: -
- Have a good basic education with proficiency in numeracy, literacy and ICT
- Have experience of working with children in a learning or play environment
- Want to make a difference to the children in our care
