What skills and experience we're looking for
We need someone to provide learning and care support for an individual pupil with special educational needs (SEN) to help work towards the outcomes on their education and health care plan (EHCP). This will involve working with the teacher to plan and deliver activities and supporting the pupil with routines, transitions and behaviour management. (TA 1 + SNA)

- Demonstrates initiative;
- Has the ability to maintain confidentiality;

- Understand neurodiversity (desirable not essential)
- Knowledge of nurture / sensory strategies (desirable not essential)
- Knowledge of Smart Moves intervention (desirable not essential)
Knowledge of how using visual tools can help pupils to reflect on social situations.
