Teaching Assistant job summary
Richard Bonington Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Grade 2 Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting SEND pupils. Initially this is to support other staff with a pupil’s health, physical and hygiene needs, including the use of specialist equipment where necessary for half a day. The other half of the day will be to work with other children with SEND needs, who need support to access the classroom and the curriculum.
This is a fixed term appointment of 32 hours per week, term time only, to start on 4th November 2024 until 29th July 2025. The hours are 8.30am – 4pm.
We need someone who:

- Preferably has experience of supporting pupils in a class environment
- Is committed to developing the full potential of all children
