You're someone who has: * Motivation and enthusiasm * Understanding of pupil's learning needs, including specific SEND needs, in order to support their access to lesson content. * The skills to help students to develop independent learning skills. * Ability to deliver individual and small group targeted interventions. * A level 2 qualification in a relevant subject is essential, level 3 is advantageous.
