Required to start from January 2023, we require an experienced teaching assistant for Key Stage 2 to help fill gaps in existing provision. The successful candidate will offer classroom based, individual, or nurture support and have high expectations of learners.
Experience of working with pupils with a range of additional needs including supporting pupils with managing their emotions and feelings would be advantageous. Our school is known for its inclusive nurturing ethos, and we are looking for someone who will fit in well with our very supportive staff team.
Robert Mellors Primary Academy is part of Redhill Academy Trust. The Academy is also a member of Redhill College of Leadership and Development and as such there are excellent CPD opportunities and a chance to work alongside colleagues from other high-performing schools in the region. The Trust also leads the regional Teaching School Hub, delivering local teacher training and the National Professional Qualifications for teachers.
