Actual salary
- £14,872 - £16,284 Grade 5
What skills and experience we're looking for
English and Maths GCSE at Grade C or equivalent
Appropriate qualification to at least NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
Experience of working in a similar post or with young people in an educational or caring situation
Experience of working with children in a classroom
Knowledge of interventions for SEN pupils
Good level of IT Skills
Ability to work closely as a member of a team and able to adapt to the varying demands of differing pupils
Ability to positively relate to pupils with challenging behaviour
Ability to work with small groups of pupils under supervision
Motivated individual who demonstrates initiative and who aims for very high standards
A commitment to the Inclusion of all children
Good communication skills
