About You

To be a good fit for this role, you will:

  • Enjoy working with pupils with special educational needs, supporting the class teacher to establish an appropriate learning environment for the child and their specific need.
  • Have experience of delivering evidenced based interventions and accelerated learning.
  • Have the ability to encourage pupils to interact with others and engage in activities led by the teacher whilst recognising and responding to their individual needs.
  • Share our commitment to inclusion and acceptance for all pupils within our setting, enabling every child to achieve to their potential.
