Teaching Assistant (SEN) Level 2 job summary
We are looking to appoint a committed individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant (SEN)., working up to 27.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be someone who:
- Has a good knowledge of SEN Provision
- Is confident, resilient, and dedicated
- Has previous experience of working with and supporting children of relevant age in a school environment.
- Has good communication skills and a willingness to work constructively as part of a supportive team.
- Has good Literacy and Numeracy skills.
- Has the ability to build successful working relationships with both children, staff and parents.
- Has a personal commitment to on-going professional development.

Freeman’s Endowed Church of England Junior Academy is a two form entry school of some 240 pupils. The school has a strong Christian ethos and links with the parish church of St Barnabas.
