What skills and experience we're looking for
- Recent and relevant experience working in a primary setting (preferably EYFS), and of working with children with specific needs or challenging behaviour.
- The ability to utilise strategies to support pupils in achieving learning goals.
- The drive to learn and develop to adapt and improve how things are done.
- A commitment to safeguarding and equal opportunities.

Hexthorpe Primary school is a very large and expanding school situated in the village of Hexthorpe, close to Balby and Doncaster city centre.
