Teaching Assistant (SEND) job summary

  • Hours of work: 32.5
  • Working pattern: 8.30am -3.30pm Mon- Fri
  • Term weeks: 38 + 1 week (during school closure)
  • FTC term: ASAP -30-08-2025

We are looking for a highly skilled SEND TA to support a child one to one throughtout the school day.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience of working with children with complex SEND needs
  • Be a good communicator committed to being part of an effective support team within the whole school community
  • Set high expectations and have a commitment to supporting learners to achieve well
  • Be self-motivated, adaptable and reliable
