What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a dynamic and motivate Teaching Assistant(SEND)to join our supportive and collaborative team. You will assist in the delivery of engaging and innovative teaching within the classroom, on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Working with the teacher you will assist with the development of appropriate resources, schemes of work and teaching strategies to ensure provisions support individual learning needs.

You will have experience working with special educational needs and 1:1 experience with children with Autism and ADHD. Working closely with the child, you’ll provide academic and pastoral support, while also managing their behaviour in the classroom. You will be responsible for ensuring the child’s individualised education plan is implemented, and their progress is monitored and reported to the teacher.
