About this role:

We are looking to appoint an outstanding Level 1 Teaching Assistant to join our team at Spilsby Primary Academy. To start as soon as possible

Teaching Assistant

30 hours per week (Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 12.30pm then 1pm until 3pm)

Can you inspire and motivate our children; offer challenge in order to raise standards and aspirations?

We have an excellent team of teachers and teaching assistants, and we are looking for a team player who is flexible, hardworking and positive at all times

We are also looking for a person who has high expectations and a commitment to learning.

Applicants should have a Grade C or above in English and Maths or equivalent.

Experience of working with a wide range of pupils would be desirable but not essential. The successful candidate may be required to work one to one or with a small group of children.
